Our clinical intern offers sliding scale services as low as $30 per session for folks without insurance. Please reach out for availability.

In compliance with the No Surprises Act, clients who are self-pay or do not utilize insurance for payment will be provided a Good Faith Estimate explaining the expected cost of care.

Our office is located at the intersection of Milwaukee and Diversey Ave, at the northern most end of the Logan Square Blue Line station.
Paid street parking is available on Diversey. Limited free parking is available on Kimball, south of Diversey.
There are no bike racks nearby but you’re welcome to bring your bike inside (with mine!)
